President Gene Smith and First Lady Theresa Smith recently honored TXAPA’s Past President’s with a reception during the 39th TXAPA Annual Meeting. President and Ms Smith thanked the Past Presidents’ for their leadership, continued support and guidance they give to TXAPA.
