Seal Coat Committee Presents Bob Galloway Award

During the recent TXAPA Annual Meeting TXAPA’s Seal Coat Committee honored Dennis Cooley, TxDOT Lufkin District Engineer, as this year’s recipient of the Bob Galloway Award. In 1999 the TXAPA Seal Coat Committee established the Bob Galloway Award to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the Seal Coat Industry, and whose efforts indicate they have strived to reach the pinnacle of greatness achieved by the man in whose honor this award is given and who was the first recipient. Congratulations to Mr. Cooley on earning this well deserved award.
