RAP/RAS Workshop Held at TXAPA Office

The Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) has been conducting a significant amount of research for TxDOT concerning the use of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) and Recycled Asphalt Shingles (RAS). TxDOT in conjunction with TTI wanted to deliver the latest research and examine the best practices for RAP/RAS processing, mix design, plant production, quality control and field construction. TXAPA hosted the event in early January and had a standing room only crowd of 75 attending the workshop. The topics and speaker who presented included:
