2013 Membership Directory Updates

It is that wonderful time of the year again:  Membership Directory Update Time!   I am in the process of updating the database for the upcoming 2013 TXAPA Membership Directory.  In order to make sure that your firm is represented properly in our new directory, a Membership Directory Information Form that contains the information that was printed in the 2012 Directory, and/or the information I currently have in our database will be emailed this week (Dec 3-7).  Review the form carefully; if there are any corrections, please cross out the pre-printed information and write out to the right hand side the correct information.  If the information listed is correct, check the "Correct as listed" box.

Once you have corrected and/or approved the form, email directly to me at sbuckberry@texasasphalt.org or fax to (512) 312-5043. In order to meet our printing deadline I need your approved forms in the office no later than January 4th, 2013.

Please keep an eye out this week for 2013 Membership Directory Update Forms.  These forms will be emailed directly to Association Representatives (only) the week of December 3rd - 7th, 2012.
