TXAPA Annual January Membership Meeting - 6 Days Until Hotel Deadline

The 2013 Annual Membership Meeting of the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association will be held on Monday, January 7th, 2013, at the Hyatt Regency Austin, located at 208 Barton Springs Drive in Austin, Texas in the Texas I Room on the second floor.

The meeting will begin with a reception at 6:00 PM (Texas I Room). During our reception, we will be serving light hors d’oeuvres and your favorite beverages. Following the reception, John Barton, Deputy Executive Director of TxDOT will address the members of our association on topics related to the asphalt pavement industry in Texas. We will also honor our outgoing board members and install our new board members for 2013.

We also have scheduled meetings at 2:00 PM for the Associate Members and 3:00 PM for the Major Associate Members (Hill Country Room, 1st Floor) to discuss the upcoming year’s activities. There is no fee for this meeting however in order for us to plan appropriately with the Hyatt Regency we must know how many are attending from your firm. Please note the venue change from our previous Annual Membership Meetings.  2013's Meeting WILL BE held at the Hyatt Regency Austin (off Barton Springs Road) NOT the Radisson Hotel & Suites Townlake.

5:00 PM – Board of Directors Meeting (Big Thicket, 2nd Floor)

6:00 PM – Reception (Texas 2 & 3 Room, 2nd Floor)

6:45 PM – General Session (Texas 1 Room, 2nd Floor)
