TXAPA Annual January Membership Meeting - Make Your Plans To Attend - SAVE THE DATE
Please disregard the previous notice citing the venue for the January Annual Membership Meeting in last months eTXAPA Newsletter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
On Monday, January 7th, 2013, we will host our January Annual Membership Meeting at the Hyatt Regency Austin, located at 208 Barton Springs Drive in Austin, Texas. If you are in need of an overnight room, we have a block set up specifically for our members at a rate of $169 per night. To make your room reservations, you can either call the hotel directly at (512) 477-1234 and use the phrase "Texas Asphalt Pavement", or to make your reservations online click here. Make your reservations by December 10th. ***Please note the venue change from our previous Annual Membership Meeting***
The following meetings have been scheduled:
2:00 PM - Associate Member Meeting
3:00 PM - Major Associate Member Meeting
3:00 PM - Finance Committee Meeting
4:30 PM - Board of Directors Meeting
6:00 PM - Reception
6:45 PM - General Session
There is no fee for this meeting however in order for us to plan appropriately with the Hyatt Regency we must know how many are attending from your firm.
