NCAT: WMA Webinar Series #3 & #4

WMA Webinar Series: # 3 - Production & Construction
Production and placement of WMA is very similar to that for hot-mix asphalt. However, there are some differences in temperatures and QC/QA testing, and these will be highlighted. Also, many DOTs have shown that they can use higher RAP content when using WMA.

WMA Webinar Series: #4 - Performance & Implementation

Performance of WMA to date has been good. Information will be provided concerning studies that have been completed and that are underway to look at performance of WMA compared to HMA. Some DOTs are much further along in implementation than others. A status of implementation will be provided.
