This year marked the 15th year of this award program. As always, the competition was very close and making the selection of the ultimate winner was extremely difficult. We want to thank the winning TxDOT districts and TXAPA members for their hard work and diligence in striving to be the best. Due to the Partners in Quality attitude of TXAPA members and the TxDOT districts, Texas has on of the best asphalt highway systems in the nation.
