Annual Meeting - Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship contributions are being solicited to enable us to continue providing a quality program along with exciting social functions.  Sponsors will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on the name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, by listings on posted signs at the golf tournament, registration table and social functions and recognition at the Thursday afternoon luncheon.  We also include a continuously run power point presentation with all the sponsors listed at any social function where computer access is available.  This year’s meeting is filled with exciting entertainment, informative technical sessions and plenty of networking time.  The three regular levels of sponsorship are as follows:
  
• Gold  - $1,500.00  - includes 1 free registration fee
• Silver - $1,250.00  - includes 1 free round of golf at tournament
• Bronze - $1,000.00  - includes sponsor recognition on nametags, signs, and power point

This year the association is also offering member firms the opportunity to sponsor a full event or co-sponsor an event.  These sponsorships can run as low as $5,000.00 for full breakfast event sponsorships, $15,000.00 for a full luncheon or dinner event sponsorship, or $5,000.00 for a co-sponsorship which could include up to three (3) co-sponsors for a luncheon or dinner event. The events available for full sponsorships at $15,000.00 or (3) co-sponsorships at $5,000.00 each are as follows:  Tuesday Evening Reception and Dinner; Thursday Joint Luncheon, and the Thursday Evening Dinner.

Events that are available for full sponsorships at $5,000.00 are the Wednesday Morning Award Breakfast, Thursday Morning Continental Breakfast, and the Friday Morning Continental Breakfast.

Event sponsors will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on the name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, special signage at the sponsored event, recognition at the luncheon presentation and a power point presentation at the sponsored event if available.  The power point presentation with sponsors names will be run throughout the meeting where available.

For those member firms sponsoring or co-sponsoring an event, an invoice will be mailed to you for your convenience.
