38th ANNUAL MEETING - SEPT. 19-21, 2012 - Horseshoe Bay Resort in the Texas Hill Country

The 38th Texas Asphalt Pavement Association Annual Meeting will be held September 18-21, 2012 at the beautiful Horseshoe Bay Marriott Hotel located in Horseshoe Bay, Texas in the hill country by Marble Falls.  The hotel is located at 200 Hi Circle North.  TXAPA President Derek Angel encourages all TXAPA members, industry representatives, and TxDOT personnel to come relax and enjoy this hill country location while attending this year’s meeting.  Take advantage of the latest in technical sessions, social functions, and optional events that will make the 2012 Annual Meeting a very memorable and enjoyable occasion.

Hotel Reservations: The Horseshoe Bay Marriott Hotel, (877) 611-0112.  Please make sure to tell them you are attending the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association Annual Meeting to receive the deluxe guest room rate of $159.00 per night being offered to meeting attendees.  State/Government rate will be $89.00.  TxDOT employees will be required to show identification for the state rate.  The cut-off date is AUGUST 20, 2012. Room availability is not guaranteed after that date and will be on a space available basis only after that date.  We urge you to make your reservations early.  For industry rooms and state rate rooms, you must contact the hotel direct at (877) 611-0112 for room reservations. Make sure, when calling, you ask to speak to Hotel Reservations!  If you have any problems with room rates or availability, please let us know asap!

Registration Fees: Registration fees will include all technical sessions, evening receptions, Thursday’s continental breakfast, joint luncheon, plated dinner, entrance to band/dance/casino/auction events, Friday morning continental breakfast and all attendee gifts.  Click here to view the meeting registration form.  Late Fee:  a late fee of $50.00 per registrant will be charged to register you after September 3, 2012.  Refund Policy:  A complete refund of your registration fees will be made if you notify the Association of your cancellation on or before September 3, 2012.  Please fill out your registration form and return it to TXAPA as soon as possible.
