In 2012 there will be a few changes to the TxDOT/TXAPA Partners in Quality Meetings.  First off TXAPA Members will be billed for their company representative(s) in attendance and TXAPA will pay for TxDOT and all other guests in attendance.  Invoices will be sent after each meeting. Second, all TXAPA Members (Regular, Major Associates, and Associate) will be invited to attend the meetings.  Lastly TXAPA would like to continue to expand their relationship with cities and counties; therefore, cities and counties may attend some of the meetings.  If a TXAPA member or a TxDOT district wishes to invite a local city or county please let David Kopp, TXAPA Director of Business Relations, know at (512) 312-2099 or dkopp@texasasphalt.org so that he may check with other planned attendees to make sure that it is acceptable.  After Mr. Kopp’s check the TXAPA member or TxDOT district will be notified of the results so they can proceed accordingly.

To get more specific details on the above mentioned PIQ meetings or other TXAPA meetings and events please visit TXAPA’s new webpage by clicking here and log-in at the Member Sign-in tab.  Once logged in please visit the TXAPA calendar by clicking here to view the details of the PIQ meeting(s) that you would like to attend.

As always please let Stephanie Buckberry at sbuckberry@texasasphalt.org or myself know if you plan to attend any of these PIQ meetings.
