2012 TXAPA Membership Directory Notice

It is that wonderful time of the year again: Membership Directory update time! I am in the process of updating the database for the upcoming 2012 TXAPA Membership Directory. In order to make sure that your firm is represented properly in our new directory, a Membership Directory information form containing the information that was printed in the 2011 directory and/or the information I currently have in the database has been sent out. Review the form carefully; if there are any corrections, please cross out the pre-printed information and write the correct information on the right-hand side . If the information listed is correct, check the "correct as listed" box.

Once you have corrected and approved the form, email directly to me at sbuckberry@txhotmix.org or fax to (512) 312-5043. In order to meet our printing deadline I need your corrected forms in the office no later than Jan. 9, 2012.

Please keep an eye out for your 2012 Membership Directory update form. These forms have been emailed and faxed to association representatives only. If you have not received yours, please contact Stephanie.
