ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING - JANUARY 3, 2012

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association will be holding its Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel on Townlake. The address is 111 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78701.

The schedule will tentatively be:

ENVIRONMENTAL SEMINAR, Thursday and Friday, Jan. 5^th & 6^th, 2012

Tentative schedule: 

Seminar begins Thursday, Jan. 5^th @ 12 p.m.
Hospitality reception will follow Thursday's portion from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
Friday, Jan. 6^th 2012 – Continental breakfast 7:00 a.m.

Seminar continues Friday, Jan. 6^th from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association will be holding the 2012 Mid-Year Meeting at the Hyatt Regency in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Our members had such a wonderful time in 2011 that we decided to go back and enjoy that nice cool weather in June.

The dates for the meeting are June 11-13, 2012. We have arranged to have a room block for the weekend before the meeting, June 8-10 for those of you who would like to arrive early.YOU MAY BEGIN MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONS NOW! The hotel does sell out rather quickly for the summer months.

The golf tournament will be held at the Championship Golf Course which is the larger course. Everyone had a wonderful time golfing at the Mountain Course this year so next year will be a real treat.

We are really looking forward to seeing everyone at Lake Tahoe in 2012.
