2012 TXAPA Membership Directory Notice

It is that wonderful time of the year again:  Membership Directory Update Time!  I am in the process of updating the database for the upcoming 2012 TXAPA Membership Directory.  In order to make sure that your firm is represented properly in our new directory, a Membership Directory Information Form that contains the information that was printed in the 2011 Directory, and/or the information I currently have in the database will be emailed and/or faxed early this week (Dec 5-7).  Review the form carefully; if there are any corrections, please cross out the pre-printed information and write out to the right hand side the correct information.  If the information listed is correct, check the "Correct as listed" box.

Once you have corrected and approved the form, email directly to me at sbuckberry@txhotmix.org  or fax to (512) 312-5043 In order to meet our printing deadline I need your corrected forms in the office no later than January 9th, 2012.

Please keep an eye out this week for 2012 Membership Directory Update Forms.  These forms will be emailed and/or faxed to Association Representatives (only) the week of December 5th - 9th, 2011.
