37th ANNUAL MEETING - Sept. 20-23, 2011 - Moody Gardens Hotel and Spa Resort in Galveston, Texas

Our 37th Annual Meeting will be held at none other than the Moody Gardens Hotel and Spa Resort in Galveston, Texas. Please join your Partners In Quality and attend our Annual Meeting.

Our program will include technical sessions, networking opportunities, hospitality suites, Rosemary's Room, a game show, golf tournament, ladies' outing, the ever-famous Scholarship Auction and so much more, as you have come to expect from attending our 36 other annual meetings. Please make sure to tell them you are attending the Texas Asphalt Pavement Association Annual Meeting to receive the deluxe guest room rate of $146.00 per night being offered to meeting attendees. State/Government rate is $84. The cutoff date is Sept. 5th, 2011. Room availability is not guaranteed after that date and will be on a space available basis only after that date. We urge you to make your reservations early. ****ALL KING ROOMS ARE SOLD OUT AS OF AUGUST 31, 2011.****

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING - JANUARY 3, 2012

The Texas Asphalt Pavement Association will be holding its Annual Membership Meeting on Jan. 3, 2012 at the Radisson Hotel on Townlake. The address is 111 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78701. Additional information will be sent out closer to November.
