Annual Meeting and Golf Tournament Beverage Sponsorship

It’s time again for the Annual Texas Asphalt Pavement Association Meeting and Golf Tournament. This year’s meeting and tournament will be held in Galveston, Texas at the Moody Gardens Hotel, Spa & Convention Center. As we make plans for the meeting we are seeking sponsors to help fund the beverage carts at this year’s golf tournament on Wednesday, Sept. 21st. These same sponsorships will also help fund the hospitality suite managed by the Associate Member Advisory Committee and the Major Associate Committee. Sponsorships are available for $300.

Sponsors will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on the name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, by listings on posted signs at the golf tournament, registration table and social functions and by recognition at the Thursday afternoon luncheon. We also include a continuously running PowerPoint presentation with all the sponsors listed at any social function where computer access is available.
