Annual Meeting Sponsorship Opportunities

This year's 37th Annual Meeting will be held at the Moody Gardens Resort in Galveston, Texas from September 20th through the 23rd. We are looking forward to providing our industry with a fantastic meeting.

Sponsorship contributions are being solicited to enable us to continue providing a quality program along with exciting social functions. Sponsors will be recognized in the official program, by ribbons on the name tags of those attending from the sponsoring firms, by listings on posted signs at the golf tournament, registration table and social functions and by recognition at the Thursday afternoon luncheon. We also include a continuously run power point presentation with all the sponsors listed at any social function where computer access is available. This year's meeting is filled with exciting entertainment, informative technical sessions and plenty of networking time.

The three regular levels of sponsorship are as follows:

Gold – $1,500 – includes 1 free registration fee
Silver – $1,250 – includes 1 free round of golf at tournament
Bronze – $1,000 – includes sponsor recognition on nametags, signs and PowerPoint presentations

This year, the association is offering member firms the opportunity to sponsor a full event or co-sponsor an event. These sponsorships can run as low as $5,000 for a full breakfast event, $15,000 for a full luncheon or dinner event or $5,000.00 for a co-sponsorship which could include up to three co-sponsors for a luncheon or dinner event.

The events available for full sponsorship at $15,000 or three co-sponsorships at $5,000 each are as follows: Tuesday Evening reception and dinner, Thursday Joint luncheon and the Thursday Evening dinner.

The events available for full sponsorship at $5,000 are the Wednesday morning award breakfast, Thursday morning continental breakfast and the Friday morning continental breakfast. For those member firms sponsoring or co-sponsoring an event, an invoice will be mailed to you for your convenience.

This is a great way for your company to be recognized as a supporter of our industry and of the association. Sponsors play an important part in our Annual Meetings and we hope to receive your continued support.
