TAGITM has created a 501c3 Education Foundation that will provide for the Beth Ann Unger Women in Technology Scholarship Program. The TAGITM Board of Directors could not be more excited to honor Beth Ann and to help young people reach their goals in this way. In remembrance of Beth Ann, TAGITM awarded four women with the technology scholarships this year.

TAGITM recognized the following individuals at the 2025 Annual Conference in April.

Sylvia Guzman

Sylvia is currently a full-time student and will use these funds to complete a study in Data Analytics for law enforcement and/or digital forensics.

Jennifer Henley

Jennifer has always loved solving any puzzle, which is why she enjoys her studies in technology so much. This scholarship will assist in the cost of tuition to attend Western Governors University for the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

Christine Hoang

Christine currently works as an IT Application Administrator for the City of Grand Prairie and is pursuing a master’s in computer science at Dallas College. Technology has always been more than just a career path for her; it is a passion that fuels her desire to learn and give back to her community.
