Congratulations to the board of Texas Bay Area SHRM for winning the Membership Superstar status for 2015! Texas Bay Area SHRM is busy with some great upcoming events including a workplace safety workshop and diversity and inclusion panel.

EPSHRM participated in the Step Up To Success! event, which took place June 3, 2016 at the Wyndham Hotel. This is a unique networking and mentoring event for women looking for their first job after graduation. Attendees were provided information on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and dressing for success.

Diversity is no longer just about black and white. It has now expanded into a thought process that actually makes everything better. Being around people who are different from us makes us more creative, more diligent and harder-working. The future of diversity is not what you think, but in fact about how you think.
