As 2015 comes to a close, I’d like to thank the dedicated TX SHRM volunteers at the state and chapter level for their hard work and tireless efforts, and applaud chapter members for recognizing the networking and educational value gained through local membership and participation. I have been fortunate to visit Human Resources professionals throughout Texas over the past year, and have seen the challenges they face every day; but I have also seen the positive impact we in HR bring to an organization, and it is inspiring.Mike Kahn
