Congratulations to AHRMA’s February Volunteer of the Month, Pam Bratton

Pam Bratton is Vice President of Contract Administration and Compliance for Meador Staffing Services.

Pam’s volunteer efforts are highly acclaimed in AHRMA and at the State Level. Pam serves on AHRMA’s Legal and Legislative committee and is the Chapters Roaming Photographer at AHRMA events. Pam has volunteers to accompany AHRMA Members to the State Capitol during AHRMA Advocacy and lobbying days. With her extensive experience on the legislative front, Pam was selected as a Co-Director of Governmental Affairs/Advocacy for Texas SHRM and is founding member of the SHRM National "A-Team".

Pam’s other volunteer activities include:

  • Texas Association of Business - Executive Committee;
  • Affinity Task Force and Governance-Treasurer;
  • Past President of the Texas Association of Staffing;
  • Rotary Club of Austin and Rotary International;
  • Impact Austin a Women's giving circle giving grants to non-profits in a five-county area focusing on Education, Family, Health & Wellness, Culture, and the Environment;
  • Treasurer and Church Council for First Baptist Church of Dripping Springs.

Volunteers like Pam make AHRMA be the SHRM Affiliate Chapter we are. I asked Pam why she volunteers.

"I volunteer because I believe in making a difference. God gave me gifts to share and use for good.I encourage our team to get involved and use their servant’s heart. I can promise you that I get more back than I give a hundred fold."

THANK YOU Pam for all of your contributions!
