Jenny Dupre with Veronica Sanchez, PHR, CPM

Jenny Dupre has been designated as the recipient of the 2013 Concho Valley SHRM HR Professional of the Year Award. Jenny is the HR Manager for CalTech in San Angelo. CalTech provides Information Technology and network support focused on community banks.

She has been with the company for 18 years and established the HR Department at CalTech 7 years ago, where she has since served as the HR Manager responsible for recruitment, HR strategy, policy administration and compensation.

She was nominated for her exceptional leadership and professionalism, which she accomplishes by giving others in her department the opportunity to contribute with ideas, opinions and completion of significant tasks that make a difference in everyday decision making in her organization. The confidence and motivation that this has given others will always be appreciated. Jenny is a dedicated member of the Concho Valley SHRM Chapter and true champion of the HR profession demonstrated by her willingness to teach and mentor the future of Human Resources.
