October was Diversity month and The El Paso Society for Human Resources Management (EPSHRM) Chapter hosted a program that was approved for HRCI Certification credit. Special guest speaker Gail Estell, an HR professional for nearly 35 years, facilitates classes at the University of Phoenix and speaks on diversity to many groups. Members and guests received a diversity lapel pin and had fun with an interactive exercise that involved colorful jellybeans!
