Colombia, Quebec Chapters Added and Officers Named

The SSPC Board of Governors approved charters for two new international chapters at the recent board meeting in Orlando. The SSPC Quebec Chapter and the SSPC Columbia chapters received their charters.  Congratulations to the officers and members of our newest chapters.
