Consider these benefits:
⦁ On-site trainings save your company money and provide you with increased scheduling flexibility.
⦁ Compare your on-site prices to the total cost of sending a group of people to various public offerings.   Typically, the economics favor on-site training when you have five or more attendees.

Coast Guard Basic Paint Inspector

SSPC’s coating inspector programs focus on the inspection of coatings applied to steel surfaces and concrete. The programs offer coatings professionals a new way to become certified as a coatings inspector. In the past, inspection students and their employers were subjected to several weeks of costly downtime and scattered travel to attend the training required to gain certification. SSPC has streamlined the process to five days plus one day of certification exams by focusing on the procedures and knowledge that are absolutely crucial to successful coatings inspection. The Coast Guard course is a five-day inspection course that was developed to train coatings inspectors in those duties and responsibilities involved in inspecting surface preparation and application for the U.S. Coast Guard.

Fireproofing – NEW!

Over the years an increasing awareness of fireproofing requirements by code and building officials and specifiers has brought to light a definitive need for proper inspection of applied materials. Due to demands led by the passive fire protection industry, SSPC has developed an online fireproofing inspection course to meet these demands around the world. This course requires all candidates hold a recognized coating inspection level 1 certificate and have a strong understanding of surface preparation, anti-corrosion coatings and the use of a variety of inspection gauges and tools.

The course will also benefit personnel who have an interest in passive fire protection such as plant managers, asset owners, coating and fire protection suppliers etc. A certificate of completion will be issued if no formal coating inspection qualifications can be demonstrated.
