SprayFoam 2024 Convention and Expo News
We will be sending out a brief survey asking for your preference on when you would like future (starting in 2025) to be held. Traditionally, the SprayFoam Convention and Expo has been in January, February or very early March. During a recent discussion by the Board of Directors, we were asked to survey our membership and see if there is interest in meeting in different times of the year.  One suggestion was to meet in December so contractors could make their year-end purchases.  Another suggestion was early November.  Those with school-aged children have suggested meet when there is spring break (although this varies widely). We want to hear from YOU!  So please respond to the survey, which will be sent TOMORROW, Thursday, Jan. 12.  Any questions or comments, please email Kelly Marcavage, kmarcavage@sprayfoam.org.

Everyone who had a spouse/guest registered for SprayFoam 2022 and 2023 were sent a survey on Monday, January 9.  We want to hear from YOU about the type of program/activity your spouse is interested in.  The Spouse Program is open to everyone registered as a Spouse/Guest for SprayFoam 2023!  Once we firm up details, we will email this year’s registrants

Hotels that had previously been sold out on certain nights MAY have rooms available now since people’s travel plans may change. Check with hotel directly since these can fluctuate daily.
Note: Once the cut-off date is passed, it is very unlikely that hotels will honor our discounted SPFA room rate. Our event is just days before the Daytona 500 so there is demand for hotel rooms and rates will definitely increase for that event.
January 12 – 5pmET – Wyndham
January 16 – Hilton
January 20 – Daytona Grande (Headquarter Hotel)

Marketing & Industry Promotion

CoatingsPro Magazine takes a real-world look at commercial and industrial coating projects. We feature projects from the applicator’s point of view in hopes that you, the reader, feel like you’re on the jobsite with the crew. We cover coatings on concrete, steel, and rooftops, as well as a few out-of-the-box projects, such as building envelope and spray polyurethane foam (SPF). The first issue of CoatingsPro dropped in November 2001. From day one, our goal has been to help you increase your bottom line, whether that’s by giving you updates on safety, marketing tips, or notes from field experts.

CoatingsPro Magazine caters to a wide audience: contractors, engineers, inspectors, architects, manufacturers, and coatings professionals, both in commercial and industrial fields. It’s published bimonthly by AMPP, and it is available in print and digitally. Plus, we offer supplements covering certain important parts of the industry, including surface prep and equipment. We also offer monthly feature articles, daily news articles, and videos (quick tips and featured) online at coatingspromag.com.
