Bisnow Xceligent, a nationwide provider of property and listing information for commercial real estate, announced the decision to file for Chapter 7 liquidation. Xceligent's legal battle with CoStar began about a year ago, and a change in leadership occurred in October. Towards the end of November, Xceligent's value was predicted to be down to zero.
