Millstein acquires 45K SF Elmwood Park industrial/flex building

Millstein Acquisitions acquired 475 Mola Boulevard, Elmwood Park, New Jersey, a 45,000-square-foot industrial/flex building, in a transaction brokered by NAI James E. Hanson’s Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR, Tom Vetter, SIOR, and Tom Ryan, who represented the seller, 475 Boulevard.

Smith’s Food & Drug Centers Inc., doing business as Fry’s Food & Drug Stores, purchased 16.3 acres of undeveloped land at the northeast corner of 22nd Street and Houghton Road from 22nd Street Baptist Church of Tucson Inc. on Feb. 21 for $2.8 million. Fry’s Food & Drug Stores is planning to build a 96,000-square-foot Fry’s.

CBRE has completed the $6.4 million sale of West 101 Gateway, a 50,040-square-foot office property located at 9520 W. Palm Lane in Phoenix. The value add offering was 96 percent leased to office and medical tenants, with an additional 19,411 square feet of space that will be coming available in the building at year’s end.

A team from CBRE and Pantheon Properties, on behalf of AEW & MRP Realty, is marketing the vacant, recently renovated 120,000-square-foot, single-story industrial building at 1300 Viele Avenue and 1301 Ryawa Avenue in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. John Reinertsen of CBRE has teamed up with Gary Capetta and Matt Corpuel of Pantheon Properties to lease the property, which at 120,775 square feet represents the largest block of single-story warehouse, distribution and manufacturing space available for immediate occupancy in the borough. The building, divisible to 35,000 square feet, features eight tailgates and seven drive-in doors, which can be expanded, and 100-foot column spans.
