Fischer Commercial Real Estate brokers five-year land lease

Alliance Energy LLC in Monroe, Connecticut, has entered into a five-year land lease with multiple extension options with the Florence G. Knees Revocable Trust for the Buck Stop gas station/convenience store on a portion of the property at 456 Main St. The off-market transaction, including the option periods, is valued at $2.564 million.
