In his early days as a real estate broker, Newmark Knight Frank Executive Managing Director Geoff Kasselman, an SIOR member and a LEED AP, used to hear the managers at Frain Camins & Swartchild talk about SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. As a young professional new in the business he did not know much about the designation at the time, but it sounded prestigious.
