Partners in Quality (PIQ) is a partnership program between SCAPA members and SCDOT. During the month of February, SCAPA co-hosted the PIQ meetings in six out of seven DOT districts. On Monday, March 16, 2020, SCDOT announced that it would be cancelling all SCDOT Technician Certification classes through April 17, 2020. This announcement came as a response by the agency to COVID-19. Classes after this date will be evaluated in the upcoming weeks.
