The Paving for Performance Conference series is designed to bring together owners (including DOTs, public works agencies, cities, counties, and states) with the asphalt paving industry to achieve better pavement performance. The conference is the ideal opportunity for asphalt mixture producers, paving companies, material suppliers, and equipment manufacturers, as well as state and local agencies and consulting engineers who develop asphalt mixtures or flexible pavement designs, to learn from experts and each other.

Cold in-place recycling (CIR) uses the in-place asphalt pavement as a source of material, allowing for the preservation of aggregates and asphalt cement. The CIR process is a pavement rehabilitation technique for asphalt pavement that does not require heat during the recycling process. The cold nature of the process reduces the impact on the environment and preserves energy.
