Over 450 people have registered for the 2017 SCAPA Winter Conference. The conference will take place at the Marriott hotel in downtown Columbia, SC.

Last month, SCAPA presented for the SCDOT/County Transportation Committee (CTC) statewide meeting as well as the Civil Engineers Club of Charleston's monthly meeting.

SCAPA recently headed up to Washington, DC for the Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting. This year SCAPA's research work with Advanced Materials Services, LLC was presented in front of pavement design professionals at the meeting.

On Friday, December 9, SCAPA members were given a preview to SCDOT's plan for delivering their program for roads, bridges, and interstate capacity work over the next 10 years.

In 2017, SCAPA will continue to travel across the state to host educational seminars addressing asphalt overlays!

As 2017 begins, three new webinar series (with PDH opportunities) from the National Asphalt Pavement Association are kicking off. These are tailored for contractors, DOTs, City/County public works agencies or anyone working in the asphalt industry!
