The 2022 SCAPA Winter Conference & Trade Show will be held on February 9-10, 2022 at the Columbia Metrpolitan Convention Center. This educational conference is open to the public and targets to asphalt industry professionals, including but not limited to the following: asphalt contractors and industry suppliers, SCDOT engineers/inspectors, local government public works employees and consulting engineers.
