SAPAs Send Joint Letter to Congress Supporting AASHTO's Federal Relief Request for the Transportation Industry

The State Asphalt Pavement Associations joined forces in support of American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) request for federal relief funds by writing a letter to Congress. The letter signed by SCAPA's Executive Director, Ashley Batson urges Congress to consider this request as highway revenues are heavily impacted by the coronavirus. The letter also urges Congress to reenact the FAST Act, which expires on September 30, for five additional years. Click Here to see the letter to Congress.
