SCAPA Executive Director Recognized for Service as 2019 SAPA Chair

SCAPA Executive Director, Ashley Batson, was recognized for her service as the 2019 Chair for the State Asphalt Pavement Association, Inc., at the 2020 NAPA Annual Meeting held in Hawaii earlier this month.

In this role, Ashley represented the 40 State Asphalt Pavement Associations before joint committees of the Asphalt Pavement Alliance (a coalition of the National Asphalt Pavement Association, the Asphalt Institute, and the State Asphalt Pavement Associations).
