Earlier this month SCAPA was honored to host the State Asphalt Pavement Association's (SAPA) Executives for their Annual Summer Meeting. The meeting was held in Charleston at the Mills House with two days of training, including with both the APA and NAPA. Members were able to network with colleagues at dinner at the Old Exchange Building while being entertained by the Plantation Singers and as they received tours of the Provost Dungeon.

While the SAPA Executives spent their time in meetings, the spouses were treated to a historic walking tour of Charleston one day and a tour of Middleton Place, which included a wonderful lunch. We enjoyed showing the State Asphalt Pavement Associations our beautiful state and had a great conference filled with excellent peer information exchange and networking.
