Partners in Quality (PIQ) is a partnership program between SCAPA Members and SCDOT. During the month of February, SCAPA co-hosted the PIQ meetings in all seven DOT districts. Attendees discussed recent specification updates, best practices, and ways to improve partnering. We appreciate everyone's participation in the 2019 PIQ program.
