Last month, SCAPA hosted another successful seminar in Rock Hill, SC! County and municipal engineers were in attendance, along with consultants and contractors. The seminar was held at the beautiful Manchester Meadows Soccer Park. 

This fall, SCAPA will be back on the road traveling across the state to host educational seminars addressing traditional and thin lift overlays!
