This past month, Technical Director Jayson Jordan traveled to Hilton Head Island (January 31) and Charleston (February 7) to host seminars for SCAPA's latest release of the Asphalt Pavement Design Guide for Low-Volume Roads and Parking Lots, which addresses traditional and thin lift overlays. Both seminars were excellent: there were over 40 representatives from counties, municipalities and property owner associations, as well as SCDOT! The attendees asked great questions and provided great feedback to help enhance the upcoming seminars!
