The 2017 SCAPA Winter Asphalt Conference Planning Committee met on August 18th. The committee proposed a diverse technical program for the conference, which will be held on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the Marriott Hotel in Columbia, SC.
Over 450 people attended the 2016 Winter Asphalt Conference, made up of asphalt producers, suppliers, SCDOT personnel, county and municipal engineers, and private consultants.
