2020 Spring Member Dinner and Legislative Day Has Been Cancelled In Light of Coronavirus

We are sorry to inform our SCAPA members that in light of the Coronavirus/COVID-19, SCAPA has decided to cancel the SCAPA Spring Member Dinner and Legislative Day in order to limit possible exposure. Both events, which were scheduled for later this month (March 31 and April 1), have been cancelled and likely will not be rescheduled. If you already registered and paid for this event, you should see a refund to the credit card used to register within the coming week. If you paid by another method, we will refund your payment via check. If you do not receive a refund by March 25, please contact Yvette at admin@scasphalt.org for assistance.
All hotel reservations for the Hilton and Hampton Inn under the SCAPA Room Block have been cancelled. If you made a reservation not using the Room Block or at a different hotel be sure to cancel your reservations. You may also call the hotel to ensure cancellation at 1-800-HILTONS.
