Over 550 Asphalt Industry Professionals Attended the 2020 SCAPA Winter Conference &Trade Show in Columbia, SC

The 2020 SCAPA Winter Conference and Trade Show was held on January 15-16, 2020 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center and once again drew over 550 attendees.
The conference kicked off with a Trade Show Reception, featuring large equipment displays, 22 exhibitors and 17 sponsors.
Thursday, January 16 included a full day of breakout sessions from asphalt industry experts, with three tracks to choose from and a broad range of topics including Asphalt Pavement Forensics, Troubleshooting, Training the Future, Active Assailant Training and much more.
We had the opportunity to hear important updates from the SCDOT and FHWA, and attendees had the opportunity to visit the FHWA's Mobile Asphalt Technology Center.
Attendees included asphalt producers, suppliers, and consultants, and also SCDOT, county and municipal employees from across South Carolina.
New for 2020, SCAPA Winter Conference attendees had the opportunity to download the SCAPA Conference and Events App, which has been updated with presentations from the speakers.
