SCAPA Highlights Careers in Asphalt at Blythewood Academy's Career Day

On November 22, SCAPA’s Executive Director, along with SCAPA member Kim Weaver, participated in Blythewood Academy’s Career Day. The Career Day allowed students the opportunity to visit with organizations in the Midlands and learn about different career opportunities.
SCAPA representatives shared information about careers in the asphalt paving industry and ways in which students can learn more about jobs in the industry.
Blythewood Academy is located in Blythewood, SC and is a part of Richland County School District II. It serves 90 students, ranging from elementary through high school.
