FMI's Brian Moore to Keynote 2019 SCAPA Winter Conference

 

Brian Moore, FMI principal and strategy leader, will offer the keynote presentation, Overview of Construction Industry, at the 2019 SCAPA Winter Conference. In addition, he will lead a breakout session on Next Gen Highway Construction.

As a principal and strategy practice leader with FMI, Brian focuses on consulting with contractors on various strategic, organizational and operational issues. The focus of his work is the identification of future construction trends, market conditions and competitive issues that impact strategic decisions.

Brian’s clients count on him as a thought leader and trusted advisor as they plan the future of their business. Often this involves combining in-depth market and company analysis with judgment and experience to chart the organization’s future. He works with clients to help them develop the organizational capabilities that match their chosen strategy so they can achieve desired results.

Prior to joining FMI, Brian was a business developer with a nationwide, environmental consulting and contracting company where he performed market and competitive analysis to support strategic geographic expansion. Brian also worked as commercial sales manager for the Firestone Agricultural Tire Company.

Brian holds a master of business administration in general management and operations management from Wake Forest University and a bachelor’s degree in communication from Valdosta State University.
