SCAPA Participates in 2018 SC Highway Engineers Conference

SCAPA staff met with hundreds of department of transportation engineers in Columbia earlier this month. The 2018 Conference was held at the Columbia Metropolitan Conference Center and saw record-breaking attendance (over 900 people). The SCAPA tradeshow booth displayed items from APA's Drive On Us campaign, as well as PaveXpress and SCAPA Academy. SCAPA also introduced a new pocket guide checklist for parking lot construction. On Day 1, Executive Director Ashley Batson presented SCDOT with a 2017 APA Perpetual Pavement Award. The 2017 award marks SCDOT's 7th crystal obelisk in 14 years. Congratulations to SCDOT on receiving this prestigious award!
