Join your asphalt pavement industry colleagues for a weekend of networking and fun at the Inn on Biltmore Estate in beautiful Asheville, NC. 

The conference will begin on Thursday, June 21, 2018 for the SCAPA Board of Directors and on Friday, June 22, 2017 for all other SCAPA  will conclude on Sunday, June 24, 2018.

THE HOTEL ROOM BLOCK AT THE INN ON BILTMORE IS SOLD OUT. Reservations can still be made at the Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate. You can reserve your room by calling 866-336-1245. You may also want to reserve online at the following link: SCAPA- Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate >>>The room rate is $279.00 plus tax/fees per night on Friday and Saturday and $179/night plus tax/fees on Thursday night. A deposit equaling one night's room charge must be guaranteed via major credit card. The deposit will be refunded, less $50.00 cancellation fee, if the hotel receives notice of cancellation seven (14) days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations received within seven (14) days of scheduled arrival date will result in the forefieture of your entire deposit. The hotel room block will close on May 7, 2018. 

Welcome Reception will kick off the conference on Friday evening at hotel.

The SCAPA Business Program will take place on Saturday morning 8:00-11:30 PM

For Saturday afternoon, SCAPA has arranged two events for conference attendees. Attendees must register for these events to be able to participate.

The SCAPA Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 23, at 1:30 PM at The Golf Course at the Grove Park Inn. To register, please complete the information on the registration form. The rate for golf is $155.00 per person and includes care, fees, range balls, boxed lunch and transportation to the golf course from the Inn on Biltmore Estate. Space is limited so be sure to sign up early!

Also on Saturday, July 23, join SCAPA members for a 5-mile whitewater rafting trip down the French Broad River. The event will begin at 1:30 PM with transportation from the hotel to the Nantahala Outdoor Center and last approximately 4 hours. The cost for the excursion is $105.00 per person, this includes (guided rafting trip, river fees, boxed lunch and travel to and from the Inn on Biltmore Estate). Again, space is limited so be sure to sign up well in advance!

In addition to the above-outlined activities, the Biltmore Estate provides a host of activities that members can book individually or in groups, to include touring the Biltmore House and Gardens, sporting clays, the Land Rover driving experience, fly fishing, horseback riding, etc. For more information about these activities, please visit the following link: http://www.biltmore.com/visit/things-to-do/outdoor-activities. Admission tickets to tour the Biltmore Estate are available for advance purchase at a rate of $44.00 per person.

On Saturday evening, there will be a Bluegrass and BBQ Dinner at the Antler Hill Barn. 

The cost to attend the conference is $750.00, which includes your spouse/guest. The registration fee is for the Welcome Reception, Breakfast, Dinner, and conference materials.

Registration will close on Friday, May 25, 2018. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, May 25, 2018.
