One Week Left to Register for the SCAPA Summer Conference!

There is one week left to register for the 2017 SCAPA Summer Conference! Join your asphalt pavement industry colleagues for a weekend of networking and fun at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa! The conference will begin on Thursday, June 22, 2017 for the SCAPA Board of Directors and on Friday, June 23, 2017 for all other SCAPA members. It will conclude on Sunday, June 25, 2017.
Sponsorships are still available! There are a limited number of spots available for sponsorship or the Summer Conference. Along with signage and recognition throughout the conference, you have the opportunity to include promo items in our welcome bags, which is a always hit. These sell out every year so please contact our office or purchase a sponsorship on through the registration link. You do not need to be registered in order to sponsor, so this is also a great way to have your company represented at the conference even if no one is able to attend.
The SCAPA Hotel Room Block at the Marriott is completely sold out.
We have an overflow block at the Sonesta Resort and will have shuttles running from the Marriott and Sonesta on Friday and Saturday afternoon/evening. Here is the link to book your room at the Sonesta Resort in the SCAPA block for $399/night.
This block is also filling up quickly. If you are unable to reserve under the block the hotel informed us they still have rooms available. There are also rooms available at the Holiday Inn Beach House. The number to reach them at is 1-877-935-1725.
