This past month, Technical Director Jayson Jordan traveled to the Grand Strand to host a seminar for SCAPA's latest release of the Asphalt Pavement Design Guide for Low-Volume Roads and Parking Lots, which addresses traditional and thin lift overlays. The attendees in Myrtle Beach asked great questions and provided great feedback to help enhance the upcoming seminars!
