The 2016 SCAPA Summer Conference will be held on July 22-24, 2016 at the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. Over 200 members are expected to attend SCAPA's Summer Conference at The Greenbrier. This year, SCAPA celebrates its 50th Anniversary. We will mark this special occasion at The Greenbrier.

Saturday morning's business program will feature several guest speakers on a variety of topics to include Phase II of SCAPA's Asphalt Pavement Design Guide, as well as a panel discussion entitled "50 Years of SCAPA," featuring two of SCAPA's Directors Emeriti.
